Pressing units

Press-in machines, such as Silent Piler, are able to meet the most demanding requirements related to the protection of deep foundation trenches in urban development. They are used in places where traditional technologies of vibrating or hammer driving cannot be applied due to environmental requirements or lack of space for large machines.

The press-in machines operate as a hydraulic servo. Owing to that the installation of piles in soil is free of vibrations and accompanied by insignificant level of noise, which is of primary importance in case of construction in city centres and in close proximity to historical buildings or facilities in a poor technical condition. The machines operate with self-moving cranes.
